UploadFit Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of UploadFit ("the app"), operated by Arthur Borges. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

Subject to these Terms and Apple's terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use UploadFit on Apple devices that you own or control.

3. Payments and Renewals

Payments are processed by Apple via In-App Purchase. Subscription renewals, billing, and cancellation are managed through your Apple account settings.

Annual subscription: auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Lifetime unlock: one-time non-consumable purchase tied to your Apple account.

Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes, attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt it, or infringe intellectual property or third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property

UploadFit, including its design, source materials, and branding, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with all media files.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UploadFit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

If no custom EULA is configured in App Store Connect, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.
