UploadFit Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how UploadFit ("the app") handles information. UploadFit is developed and operated by Arthur Borges.

1. Summary

UploadFit does not require account creation and does not run a backend server for media processing. Video preparation and analysis are performed on-device.

2. Data We Collect

We do not intentionally collect personal data on our own servers. The app currently does not provide user accounts or cloud storage.

• Selected videos are processed locally on your device.
• Free-credit balance is stored locally on your device.
• Purchase transactions are handled by Apple via StoreKit.

3. Permissions

The app may request Photos permission to save exported videos to your photo library. If you deny permission, the related feature will not be available, but core functionality may still work.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment method details. Apple may process and store transaction data under its own privacy terms.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data only when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

6. Data Retention

Because most app data is stored locally, retention depends on your device state, such as app deletion or device reset. Purchase history and subscription status are retained by Apple under Apple policies.

7. Children's Privacy

UploadFit is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
