SunPath Report Privacy Policy
Effective August 23, 2026.
Data collection
SunPath Report does not collect, transmit, sell or share personal data. It has no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, tracking, account system or developer-operated server.
Location
Location access is optional. When you tap Use current location, iOS supplies coordinates and horizontal accuracy to fill the report locally. The app does not transmit that location. You can deny permission and enter coordinates manually.
Reports and history
Site labels, coordinates, dates, time zones, calculated positions and saved-report history remain in the app’s local container. PNG and PDF files are created locally and leave the device only when you choose a destination in the system share sheet. Deleting the app removes its local history unless iOS restores app data from a backup.
Apple services
Apple processes App Store purchases and restoration under Apple’s own terms and privacy policy. Apple’s MapKit may retrieve map imagery as a system service; SunPath Report does not receive or operate a map-usage account.
