SampleFit Privacy Policy

Summary

SampleFit does not collect, transmit, sell or share personal data. Audio selected in the app is processed locally on the device and is not uploaded to AMCB Studio.

Audio and generated files

The app temporarily copies selected audio into its private container to inspect and convert it, then creates separate output files for sharing. The original files are not modified. Temporary files remain under operating-system storage management and may be removed by the system or when the app is deleted.

Files access

Selection uses Apple’s system Files picker. SampleFit receives only the items you explicitly choose and does not scan your storage in the background.

Purchases and local preferences

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. SampleFit reads the verified App Store entitlement needed to unlock lifetime access. The app stores the number of successful free batches in preferences accessible only to the app. AMCB Studio does not operate a user account or purchase-tracking server for SampleFit.

Analytics, advertising and tracking

SampleFit includes no analytics SDK, advertising SDK or cross-app tracking technology.

Children

Because the app does not collect personal data, it does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes

If the app’s data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before the new practice is introduced.
