PDF Target creates a separate, locally compressed copy of a scanned or image-based PDF under the file-size limit you choose.

Quick answers

Your original PDF is never replaced.
Documents are processed on-device and are not uploaded to us.
If the requested limit cannot be reached above the quality floor, the app asks you to choose a larger target.
Lifetime access can be recovered from the purchase screen with Restore Purchase.

Best results

The first version is optimized for scanned and image-based PDFs. Vector-heavy, encrypted, malformed, or unusually large documents may not compress as expected.
