FolderPlay Privacy Policy

Local file access
FolderPlay accesses only folders you explicitly select through Apple’s Files picker. Folder contents are read on your device to build the playback queue. The app does not upload, copy, modify or delete your audio files.
Data stored on your device
FolderPlay stores folder access bookmarks, playback position, saved moments and purchase-entitlement state locally so that you can resume listening. You can remove saved folders inside the app, and deleting the app removes its local data.
Purchases and tracking
In-app purchases are processed by Apple. FolderPlay does not operate user accounts, advertising, analytics or third-party tracking, and does not collect, sell or share personal data.
