BatchFit Privacy Policy
Effective August 15, 2026
Summary
BatchFit does not collect, transmit, sell or share personal data. Images selected in the app are processed locally on the device and are not uploaded to AMCB Studio.
Images, metadata and generated files
The app temporarily copies selected images into its private container to perform conversion and creates separate output files for sharing. The original images are not modified. Embedded metadata may include capture dates, camera details or location information; BatchFit processes supported fields locally and does not transmit them. Temporary files remain under operating-system storage management and may be removed by the system or when the app is deleted.
Photos and Files access
Selection uses Apple’s system Photos and Files pickers. BatchFit receives only the items you explicitly choose and does not scan your library or storage in the background.
Purchases and local preferences
In-app purchases are processed by Apple. BatchFit reads the verified App Store entitlement needed to unlock lifetime access. The app stores the number of successful free batches in preferences accessible only to the app. AMCB Studio does not operate a user account or purchase-tracking server for BatchFit.
Analytics, advertising and tracking
BatchFit includes no analytics SDK, advertising SDK or cross-app tracking technology.
Children
Because the app does not collect personal data, it does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes
If the app’s data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before the new practice is introduced.
